WILD WEEKENDS is one of Australia's newest and wildest radio dance shows. This national show will deliver the hottest dance tracks from around the world. WILD WEEKENDS is not a countdown show, in-fact it's a new style of program called a 'count thru'. Our producers select the best tracks from the Australian Dance and Club charts and combine these with the hottest dance tracks from music charts around the world, plus we throw in some music news, artist profiles and interviews.

Your host is National ARIA Club DJ, 'PJ'

When it comes to old school DJ’s one name is always thrown around, PJ. He has been associated with the club scene for more then a decade and has worked his way through the ranks to become a respected and recognised DJ working in some of Sydney’s and Western Sydney’s biggest venues.

It was PJ’s cross over into the dance revolution on radio that he his now more known for, leading the way as an announcer and club DJ on stations such as WILD FM, DANCE FM and more recently the host and producer for the Wild Nights dance program on the Sydney station The Edge 96.1.

PJ believes it is the likes of such radio stations and programs that help keep the profile of the dance scene alive in Australia, PJ said, “it gives us the opportunity to spotlight the awesome talents of Aussie producers and DJs, we have some of the hottest talented people right here in Australia. Over the past years we have profiled the likes of Bexta, Amber Savage, Craig Obey, Mr Timothy, Josh, Miss Tracy, John Course, Andy Golden, Kid Kenobi and a heap more plus international producers such as Armand Van Helden, Brooklyn Bounce, Stonebridge, Ferry Corsten just to name a few”...

Kaz James Holds On

Kaz James is a new-wave enfant terriblé; a dance floor rebel who helped define a generation with the certified international anthem ‘I Like The Way You Move’. It would’ve therefore been easy for Part 2 of the BodyRockers story to automatically continue with a follow-up record that would easily follow the lead of the previous success… but for 25-year old Australian musician Kaz James, the easy way isn’t the best way forward, and so he delivers his debut solo album ‘If They Knew’.
